RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION PROCEDURE To return a product, you must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please call or e-mail sales@EmbroideredClothes.com for an RMA Number. Include your name, address, phone, invoice number and product you wish to return with reason for return. We will call or e-mail you back with an RMA Number. Return Merchandise must be shipped prepaid. Your RMA Number must be clearly marked on the shipping label (see below). EmbroideredClothes.com will not accept returns without an RMA Number on the label. PLEASE PACKAGE YOUR RETURN PROPERLY Shipping Information Please allow 10 business days for production on all orders with custom embroidery. Please allow 5 business days for items without embroidery. During the holiday rush, shipping times may be longer. Please contact us for coordinating priority shipping. If an item is temporarily unavailable or discontinued, you will be informed and will be given the option to do a partial shipment, cancel the order or to send the whole order when the missing item comes in. Some web sites include the cost of shipping and handling in the prices of their goods - we prefer to let you see what you are paying for, and keep our goods costs down for you.
